ENGLAND, ENGLAND, ENGLAND

Although home again, our heads stay full of England. We spent a week there (14th – 20th April 2013), visiting the most famous places of England around London, including the capital itself, Salisbury, Winchester, Stonehenge and Stratford upon Avon.

We were a very large group of 71 people (if we include the guides and the drivers); our programme was very rich; the number of kilometres we travelled was even “richer”. So it was nearly sure that things would be a bit difficult – from being tired after long hours on the bus to being surprised about lifestyle differences in British families.

But still, we enjoyed the trip as much as we could and kept smiling until we fell asleep after our very long days. The proof of our satisfaction came towards the end of the week when we started talking about going to Britain next time. And not in three years as usually, but next year!
